Mikell Wright, a 15-year-old African American male from Savannah, GA, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2015. The cause of death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds, which a forensic pathologist ruled as a homicide. The incident occurred during an attempted armed robbery involving Mikell's brother, Rodriguez Wright. Mikell was shot after following his assailants post-robbery and confronting them.
