Death by Force

Cequan Borrum, a 21-year-old man, was fatally shot on November 10, 2016, near Riviera Drive in Savannah, Georgia. Police responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m. and found Borrum with critical gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Memorial University Medical Center but sadly died from his injuries shortly after.
