Death by Force

On April 13, 2015, Anderson Mells, 52, was shot and killed alongside his son Gary Mells, 30, and Johnny Green, 37, in a home on the 1200 block of N.E. 36th Street in Savannah, Georgia. The case initially went cold, with police detaining suspects after a traffic stop but later releasing them. However, in 2021, the case was reopened, leading to the arrest of three suspects—Stanley Hall, John Baker, and Jerrell Williams—who were charged with felony murder.
