In the late evening of May 1, 2016, a verbal dispute on Bridgestone Lane in Savannah, Georgia, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 23-year-old Teesean Goodman. Goodman, an African American male, was involved in an altercation with a group of men when he sustained a gunshot wound. Responding to a call just before 9 p.m., officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department discovered Goodman at the scene.
