On May 1, 2016, 23-year-old Teesean Goodman was fatally shot outside a residence on Bridgestone Lane in Savannah, Georgia. Police responded to the scene just before 9 p.m., finding Goodman with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Memorial University Medical Center, where he later died.
