Grady Maurice Lipsey, a 39-year-old Savannah resident, was found shot to death on the morning of June 20, 2012. His body was discovered by a passerby in the 500 block of Cleland Street, lying beside a house. Savannah police responded to the scene and confirmed that Lipsey had suffered from at least one gunshot wound.
