In the late hours of a Saturday night in Savannah, Georgia, on November 22, 2014, the life of 12-year-old Keith David Passmore was tragically cut short. The young boy, a student at Myers Middle School who had a passion for basketball, was attending a party with approximately 30 other people in the 2200 block of Vicksburg Drive.
