Keith Passmore, a 12-year-old boy from Savannah, Georgia, was tragically shot and killed on November 22, 2014, outside a house party on Vicksburg Drive. He was sitting in a car when gunfire erupted, and he was struck in the head. Despite numerous witnesses present at the time, no one has been arrested for his murder, leaving the case unsolved. Keith's family has repeatedly appealed for anyone with information to come forward, as the community continues to mourn the young boy's senseless death.
