Halinton Williams, a 35-year-old Savannah resident, was tragically shot and killed on March 28, 2016. The incident took place in the early afternoon around 1:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of East 34th Street. Despite the broad daylight nature of the crime, no suspects were immediately apprehended, and the case remains under investigation.
