In the light of a spring afternoon in Savannah, Georgia, the life of 35-year-old Halinton Williams, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On Monday, March 28, 2016, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Williams was shot and killed in the 1000 block of East 34th Street.
