Romell Sharron Stephens, a 27-year-old man from Savannah, Georgia, was found dead on September 29, 2015. His body was discovered by police in the early hours of the morning on the side of Harry Truman Parkway, just south of Victory Drive. The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police launched a homicide investigation but, at the time, had not identified any suspects or clear leads regarding the events leading to Stephens' death.
