Jonathan Bernard Lang, a 28-year-old resident of Savannah, Georgia, was fatally shot on March 1, 2016, during a violent incident near West 40th and Burroughs streets. Savannah police responded to the scene around 1:18 p.m. and discovered Lang and another victim, Tonya Murcherson, who had also been shot. Lang was critically injured and transported to Memorial University Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Murcherson, fortunately, survived with non-life-threatening wounds. ...Read More
