On a cool November evening in Savannah, Georgia, the hum of a truck engine and the glow of an ATM screen were the last ordinary moments in the life of Anthony Minor. The 49-year-old U.S. Army veteran, a man who had served his country in Desert Storm, was ambushed and fatally shot on November 6, 2010, while attempting to withdraw money.
