The unsolved murder of Emmanuel Simmons, a 31-year-old man from Savannah, Georgia, remains a mystery since his tragic death on November 14, 2015. In the early hours of that day, Savannah police responded to two separate shootings. Around 2:30 a.m., officers found Emmanuel Simmons suffering from gunshot wounds near West 45th and Montgomery Streets.
