In the early morning hours of a Friday in Savannah, Georgia, a discovery was made that would cast a somber shadow over the community. On January 20, 2017, the body of Patrick Allen Miller, Sr., a 26-year-old male, was found inside his 2001 Buick LaSabre. The vehicle was located at the Frank O. Downing Pier, a spot just off the Diamond Causeway that is typically known for its serene views.
