Randy Hooks, age 63, was tragically shot and killed on December 25, 2015, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred near Reynolds and East 40th Street. Hooks was found in a pickup truck that had collided with two vehicles and a tree after the shooting. Authorities responded to the scene following a ShotSpotter alert and found Hooks deceased in the vehicle. An adult female occupant from one of the other cars involved reported minor injuries but declined medical treatment.
