Terrance Terrell Baker, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2016, in Augusta, Georgia. Baker, affectionately known as "Tezzy" to his friends, was found fatally shot near a Waffle House parking lot on Wrightsboro Road around 5:20 a.m. that day.
