Robert Gary Hiott, a 41-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2016, in Toccoa, Georgia. Hiott, who was also known by the alias Richard Gary Bump, was involved in a fatal altercation at his residence on Patrick Lane. The incident began when 74-year-old Gary Lamar Patrick, who appeared to be intoxicated, confronted Hiott's sister at her home.
