Joel Keshon Green, an 18-year-old African American male from Toccoa, Georgia, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2018. On that day, officers from the Toccoa Police Department responded to a call about a shooting in the area of 154 S. Alexander Street at approximately 1:30 PM. Upon arrival, they found Joel Keshon Green suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Green succumbed to his injuries shortly after the incident.
