Keith Bernard Tooley, a 52-year-old African American male from Toccoa, GA, was found dead on July 5, 2022, at the Regency Inn on West Currahee Street. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) reported that Tooley had been shot before police arrived at the scene.
