Malik Anthony Miles, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 12, 2016, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred on Idlewild Drive, where Malik was shot with a .357 Taurus revolver. He was found suffering from a single gunshot wound to the left side and was rushed to Augusta University Medical Center. Despite efforts to save him, Malik was pronounced dead at 2:17 a.m. that same day.
