Fredrick Nelson, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2021, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred on Tuttle Street, where Richmond County deputies responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 8:12 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Fredrick Nelson had been shot at least once and was pronounced dead at the scene.
