Daiymeyan Darrele Stevens, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 16, 2016, in his home at The Oaks apartment complex in Athens, Georgia. The incident occurred in the presence of his 3-year-old daughter, who witnessed the shooting and was able to provide police with a possible name for the shooter.
