Esmond Ford, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 4, 2016, in Marietta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Belmont Place Apartments on Windy Hill Road. On that fateful morning, Charon Brazzel, a 29-year-old man from Riverdale, and his accomplice, Carl Maurice McCline, also 29, drove to the apartment complex.
