Carl Trimble, a 45-year-old African American man, was found shot to death in his vehicle on April 26, 2017, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred around lunchtime on the 2200 block of Sullivan Road, where Trimble lived. Deputies were called to the scene at approximately 11:46 a.m. in response to reports of gunfire.
