Michael Paul Acord, a 53-year-old white male, passed away on April 1, 2015, in Augusta, Georgia. Born in Berlin, Germany, Michael spent most of his life in Augusta. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and was also a Mason and a member of the Augusta Shrine Club at Alee Temple. Michael worked as a millwright for Austin Industries for over twenty years. He was survived by his daughters, Shannon and Whitney Acord, his stepdaughter Ashley Newsome, his parents, and several siblings.
