Death by Force

Carlos Lemmons, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 28, 2017, outside the Spin Cycle Coin Laundry on Memorial Drive in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning, and it was reported that Lemmons was lured out of the laundromat before being fatally shot.
