Clarence Fleming, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. Clarence was one of the victims in a double shooting incident that also claimed the life of 25-year-old Desmond Lanier. The two men were shot while in a car at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Mississippi Avenue. The Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department did not believe the shooting was random, indicating that the victims might have been targeted.
