Phillip Lamar Davis, a 47-year-old African American male from Stone Mountain, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2017. Davis, a Gulf War veteran, was ambushed and killed in his home by masked assailants. The attack occurred early in the morning as Davis was preparing to take his wife to work.
