In the late afternoon of a Tuesday in Stone Mountain, Georgia, the life of Anthony Jordan, Jr., a 29-year-old man, was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On June 12, 2018, Jordan was at a strip mall on Redan Road for a hair appointment.
