Stanley Owen Anderson, a 62-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on November 2, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. Anderson was a lifelong resident of Savannah and had previously worked as a heavy equipment operator. On the day of his death, Anderson was at the Suds Laundromat on Largo Drive when he was shot. The incident also resulted in injuries to another individual, Katie Herberts, aged 65, who survived the attack.
