Cedric Williams, a 22-year-old African American male from Decatur, Georgia, tragically lost his life on December 6, 2017, in a road rage incident. The incident occurred late at night when Cedric, driving south on Columbia Drive from Memorial Drive, inadvertently cut off another vehicle.
