In a tragic and senseless act of violence, 22-year-old Cedric Williams, a Black male from Decatur, Georgia, was shot and killed in what police described as a road rage incident. The fatal encounter occurred late on a Wednesday night in December 2017. Williams was a young father, leaving behind a 22-month-old son.
