In the late evening hours of June 22, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the night at a gas station in Decatur, Georgia, leaving a scene of chaos and tragedy. When the shooting stopped, 27-year-old Marvin Leo Jackson Jr., a male, was dead, another man was killed, and two others were wounded. The popular gathering spot at the corner of Glenwood and Austin had turned into a crime scene, with more than 50 shots fired from at least four different weapons.
