Daryl Deshawn Phillips, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2017, in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred in the vicinity of a Kroger store on Wesley Chapel Road. According to reports, Daryl Phillips was found dying in a car, his head resting on the lap of Chalante Thomas, a 21-year-old woman.
