Lamarcus Jarrod Jones, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on December 8, 2017, in Milledgeville, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Cedaridge Apartments on Frank Bone Road around 4:45 a.m. Jones was inside the apartment when someone attempted to break in but failed.
