Jyleel Decovas Solomon, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2017, in Milledgeville, Georgia. Solomon was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Malik Taylor during a drive-by shooting incident. The vehicle, occupied by Taylor and two other individuals, was armed and engaged in a shootout with Malik Murray, who was standing outside a home on Central Avenue.
