Devron Latrell Torrance, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2015, in Milledgeville, Georgia. The incident was a drive-by shooting that occurred in the evening. Torrance was struck by gunfire while he was outside, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after the attack.
