Lamarcus Marc Brown, a 27-year-old African American male from Milledgeville, GA, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2019. His body was discovered inside a silver Nissan Altima near the intersection of Davis Drive and Jackson Street in Baldwin County. Authorities were alerted to the scene by a passerby who noticed the car in an unusual position, partially on and off the road.
