On a March evening in 2015 in Follansbee, West Virginia, the life of Clifton Daniel Reintzel, a 53-year-old White / Caucasian male, came to a tragic and violent end. The events that unfolded on March 14th began with a desperate 911 call from his wife. She reported that Reintzel had choked her and was menacing her with a knife.
