On April 27, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Nicholas County, West Virginia, resulting in the deaths of Ilene Blankenship and Douglas P. Hypes. The bodies of the two victims were discovered at a residence on Twin Oaks Drive in Summersville, West Virginia, around 5:10 p.m..
