David Scott Bennett, a 65-year-old resident of Inwood, West Virginia, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Berkeley Medical Center. He was born on April 26, 1959, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, to the late Albert Bennett Jr. and Frances Baker Bennett.
