Destiny Wiggins, a 24-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on December 1, 2022, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Destiny, a mother of four, was found shot dead in the front seat of a car alongside Devone Brown, a 28-year-old male. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Barnhill Construction, where the two victims were discovered by employees arriving for work early in the morning.
