Latisha Lee, a 31-year-old African American woman from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on February 13, 2019. On that day, Rocky Mount Police responded to a call at Drew Hills Court, where they found Latisha Lee unresponsive. She had been assaulted and stabbed, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
