### Incident and Death

On Thursday, February 2, 2023, at around 12:40 a.m., the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office 911 center received a call regarding a shooting incident at a residence on Black Springs Church Road in Milledgeville, Georgia. Upon arrival, deputies found Syee Devon Havior, an 18-year-old resident of Milledgeville, who had been shot multiple times. Havior was immediately taken to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and died.
