Gary Arsenio Pennamon, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2021, in Milledgeville, Georgia. The incident occurred late at night at an apartment complex on West Charlton Court. According to reports, the shooting happened around 10:45 p.m., and when police arrived at the scene, they found Gary Pennamon suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical services, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
