Voisel Javon Renfro, a 22-year-old African American male from Milledgeville, Georgia, was tragically shot to death on June 22, 2017. His body was discovered early that morning by Baldwin County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ashley Brown on the 100 block of Marion Street.
