Kelsey Leon Marshall, a 21-year-old African American woman from Columbus, GA, tragically lost her life on December 8, 2017. Kelsey was born on October 16, 1996, and was a 2015 graduate of Carver High School. She was employed at Waffle House and was known for her love of singing, dancing, writing poetry, and spending time with family and friends. On the day of her death, Kelsey and her boyfriend were found shot and killed at the Efficiency Lodge near Macon Road in Columbus.
