Destinee Virgin, an 18-year-old African American female from Columbus, GA, tragically lost her life on September 22, 2018. Destinee was a recent graduate of George Washington Carver High School, where she excelled in track and was a member of the JROTC program. She had aspirations of becoming a medical assistant and was attending the 1st Step Program at the time of her death.
