In the winter of 2018, the life of a young woman, LaShay Shanea Ford, was tragically cut short in Columbus, Georgia. A native of Canton, Ohio, the 25-year-old female was fatally wounded in a shooting that erupted on the evening of January 24th on Wickham Drive. Two other individuals were also injured in the incident but survived their wounds. Ford was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to her injuries in the early hours of the following day.
