Priscilla Adams, a 47-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on January 25, 2018, in Byromville, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning when Willie James Morrell, a 60-year-old neighbor, used a .30 caliber rifle to shoot Priscilla Adams, a 17-month-old infant, and a 17-year-old teenager.
