On March 24, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the 700 block of Wheaton Street in Savannah, Georgia, resulting in the death of 34-year-old Stephanie Elaine Neal.
Stephanie Neal was a resident of a homeless camp in the area where the shooting took place. The incident was reported at around 2:35 a.m. when officers responded to reports of a gunshot.
