Randy Killens Jr., a 21-year-old African American male from Waycross, GA, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2018. On that fateful day, police officers discovered Randy Killens Jr. sitting in the door jamb of a car, bleeding profusely. Despite their efforts to revive him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. A spent shell casing was found near the back of the car, indicating that he had been shot.
