Louis Felix, a 2-year-old boy, was last seen on March 9, 2011, in Cathedral City, California. At the time of his disappearance, Louis, along with his siblings Eveny and Miguel, was taken by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Rojo. This occurred while the children were in foster care following an earlier incident in which Rojo had attempted to harm herself and the children in a car crash.
