Louis Felix, a 2-year-old boy, was last seen on March 9, 2011, in Cathedral City, California. At the time of his disappearance, Louis, along with his siblings Eveny and Miguel, was taken by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Rojo. This occurred while the children were in foster care following an earlier incident in which Rojo had attempted to harm herself and the children in a car crash.
It is believed that Rojo fled with the children, possibly traveling in a white 1989 Isuzu Trooper, and they are thought to be in Mexico.
The case is classified as a family abduction, and authorities suspect the children's father, who had been deported to Mexico before the abduction, may be involved.
